Baby Boomer
People born between the years 1945 and 1964.
Board and Care Homes
provide seniors with a room, meals, help with ADLs, and some degree of protective supervision. They
are not usually certified by Medicaid, but are usually licensed by the state. Board and Care Homes are
sometimes known as domiciliary care homes, personal care homes, community residence facilities, rest homes,
and other similar terms.
